After eight months, 650 interviews and thousands of pages of Lord Leveson’s report, the House of Commons was finally able to debate the matter on Monday. After all the anticipation, everyone had a point to make and the Chamber was full. Full, that is, until Harriet Harman was putting her views on behalf of the Labour front bench, when the Chamber emptied suddenly after a spate of whispering.
