The manhunt for a man who sprayed corrosive liquid on a mother and her two daughters continued. The police released an image of a suspect with "distinctive" injuries wanted in connection with the attack in south London.

Diary - calling out nastiness

A busy day. An early morning run began it and then into the Commons on my cycle. Much for me and my parliamentary team to catch up on and then down to the Chamber for PMQs. The PM did well.

May I congratulate my right hon. Friend and the DUP? Clearly, this is still a highly emotive issue, and understandably so, because when we left the EU, I, the House and the country were promised that we would leave as a United Kingdom.

Diary - a return to devolved government in N Ireland

First up was a lengthy private meeting of our Defence Committee. We went through the draft report on the readiness of our Armed Forces. It will be released later in the week. Taking all the evidence for it had been very interesting, as will reading it when published.

Diary - update on Gaza

At this stage in my life, I ignore my birthday and instead count downwards to combat the aging process! However, back in the House today for another week, I was baffled at first why so many colleagues wished me a happy birthday.
