PMQs was always going to be a rumbustious performance and so it proved. The last one before an election, both the PM and Corbyn were in campaign mode. No surprises there. A few MPs took the opportunity to thank the Speaker for his time in the Chair. He goes tomorrow. I attended the European Scrutiny Committee in CR19 and said farewell to Kate Hoey, the Labour MP who is standing down. She has become a good friend and is admired across the House. She is highly principled and will be sorely missed in the House. Back to my office where there was the usual mass of constituency correspondence to reply to. Then back to Dorset in the evening.
