Up early and into the park for a run. Routine matters all morning and into Owen Paterson's office at 1430 for a meeting with Aaron Brown, of Fishing For Leave, a most effective campaign organisation fighting for our fishing industry post Brexit. There was much to discuss and we were joined by John Redwood. Aaron is on top of his brief and has many concerns, like us, about what is actually going to happen after we leave the EU. With the Fishing Bill due before Parliament soon, this brief was most illuminating and helpful. Two private and confidential meetings followed and then I visited a family member in hospital - nothing serious.
