A busy morning and then to Swanage for one of my regular meetings with the Town Council. The clerk, Dr Martin Ayres, is the most affable man and he and three councillors took me through their agenda for more than an hour. The topics ranged from health to police and I noted at least four points that I would follow up on. The council is unusual in that it has a large income having sold off its caravan park for several millions. Plans to head to London had to be cancelled so back to the office to work on more constituency matters.
